Effective October 11, 2026. Ghosted is in development. Plans below are intended launch products; they are not currently available for purchase from this website.

Using Ghosted

Ghosted helps you organize and review your photos. Ghosted is operated by Cody Tuma Enterprises LLC. For support, email ghostedphotos.support@gmail.com. Your App Store license is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless a custom license is provided through the App Store. These service terms supplement that license and do not limit rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Your photos and decisions

You retain ownership of your photos and other content. Only share material you have the right to share, and respect the privacy and consent of people pictured. Do not use Ghosted to harass, exploit, impersonate, infringe rights, or distribute unlawful content.

Review selections before approving photo deletion. Ghosted is not a backup service. Keep separate copies of photos you cannot replace, and restore or export vault items before uninstalling the app. We cannot remove copies already saved or shared by another person.

Development and group features

Test builds may include simulated friends, votes, and trips. Features described as planned are not a promise of current availability. Real Group Trips, web guest participation, storage windows, and cloud deletion controls must be implemented and documented before launch.

Plans and purchases

For live products, the App Store purchase screen is authoritative for your currency, taxes, price, billing period, trial eligibility, and included benefits. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple before renewal. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Removing the app or deleting app data does not cancel an Apple subscription.

The planned one-week free trial applies to eligible new subscribers to Squad Yearly. If offered and accepted, it converts to the displayed paid yearly subscription unless canceled before it ends. Family Sharing applies only to eligible products where enabled. A Trip Pass is a consumable purchase for one eligible trip and is not a recurring subscription.

Apple processes purchases and refund requests subject to its rules and applicable law. Restore Purchases can restore eligible entitlements; consumed passes are not restored as unused passes.

Availability and support

Network access, Apple services, device compatibility, and service availability can affect features. We may change features or suspend misuse where lawful. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer remedies. Contact ghostedphotos.support@gmail.com for help.

See the privacy policy for how information is handled. We will publish updated terms when the service materially changes and provide notice where required.
